Q: Where does the race start?
A: On the road right in front of the Post Oak Lodge, look for the signs.
Q: What time does the race start?
A: Saturday 50K and 25K at 8:00 AM, 10K at 9:00 AM. Sunday Marathon at 8:00 AM, Half Marathon at 8:30 AM, Quarter Marathon at 9:00 AM
Q: Is there an early Start?
A: Yes, there will be a 1 hour early start for the marathon and 50K
Q: How far are the aid stations from each other?
A: Two miles for the road events on Sunday. Three to four miles on the trail runs.
Q: What food items are at the aid stations?
A: Sandwiches, chips, nuts, pop, water, Gatorade for the trail runs. Water, Gatorade, nuts, chips for the road runs.
Q: Will there be food at the finish line?
A: Yes, the Post Oak Lodge is furnishing hot food and drinks in the Lodge.
Q: What time will the awards ceremonies start and where will they be?
A: The 10K will be at 11:30 AM Saturday, the 25K will be at 1:00 PM Saturday, the 50K will be at 4:00 PM Saturday. The Quarter Marathon will be at 11:00 AM Sunday, the Half Marathon awards wil be at 11:30 AM Sunday. The Marathon awards will be at 2:00 PM Sunday. Weather conditions could change these times. The awards ceremonies will be held inside the Post Oak Lodge. If you must leave before the awards ceremony, please let us know and we will give you the award. We will not ship awards unless we have the cost of shipping and handling in advance.
Q: Will you give refunds if I have to cancel?
A: No, we are sorry but the expenses to the Tulsa Running Club remain the same whether you run or not.
Q: Are you sure the race will go on regardless of the weather?
A: Yes, the only reason the race will be cancelled is if the Post Oak Lodge has to close.
Q: Where do I park on race day?
A: There is plenty of parking on the Post Oak Lodge Property. We will have parking directors on hand to guide you to the proper parking area.
Q: Can a friend pick up my packet for me?
A: No. You will need to pick up your packet in person. Packets can be picked up all week prior to the run at the Fleet Feet Sports Downtown Tulsa location (2nd & Frankfort), or race morning at Post Oak Lodge.
Q: Are strollers allowed?
A: No strollers are allowed in any of the TRC Post Oak Lodge Challenge races.
