Schedule for Monday, February 20, 2017
11:00 am - Packet Pickup opens at TULSA RUNNER located on Riverside Drive at the Creek Turnpike. Packet pickup will be available at Tulsa Runner until noon Thursday.

Schedule for Friday, February 24, 2017
5:30 am to 9:30 am - Breakfast at the POSTOAK Lodge
6 am to 8 am - Packet pickup for the Triple at the POSTOAK Lodge
7 am-Early start for the Marathon only, (official timed finish, but not eligible for awards)
8 am - Quarter, Full, and Half Marathon Triple Start at the Pole Barn
10:30 am to 3:00 pm - Runner's Lunch at the Pole Barn
5:00 pm to 8:00 pm - Packet Pickup at the POSTOAK Lodge
6:00 pm - Pasta Dinner in the POSTOAK Lodge Dining Room
7:00 pm - Race information and question time at the Pasta Dinner

Schedule for Saturday, February 25, 2017
5:30 am to 9:30 am - Breakfast Buffet at the POSTOAK Lodge
6:00 am to 9:00 am - Packet Pickup at the POSTOAK Lodge
7:00 am - 50K Early Start (official timed finish, but not eligible for awards)
8:00 am - 50K Start, 9 hour time limit for 50k
8:30 am - 25K Start
9:00 am - 10K 1st Wave Start
9:05 am - 10k 2nd Wave Start
10:30 am to 3:00 pm - Runner's Lunch in the Dining Room

All Saturday and Sunday finishers will be served food and drink in the POSTOAK Lodge Dining Room until 3:00 pm. Friday finishers will be served at the Pole Barn.

5:00 pm to 8:00 pm - Packet Pickup at POSTOAK Lodge
6:00 pm to 7:30 pm - Pasta Dinner in the POSTOAK Lodge Dining Room
7:00 pm - Race information and question time at the Pasta Dinner

Schedule for Sunday, February 26, 2017
5:30 am to 9:30 am - Breakfast Buffet at POSTOAK Lodge
6:00 am to 9:00 am - Packet Pickup
7:00 am - Marathon Early Start (official timed finish, but not eligible for awards)
8:00 am - Marathon Start - 8 hour limit
8:30 am - Half-Marathon Start
9:00 am - Quarter Marathon Start
10:30 am to 3:00 pm - Runner's Lunch in the Dining Room

All Saturday and Sunday finishers will be served food and drink in the POSTOAK Lodge Dining Room until 3:30 pm. (Note: no dinner buffet Sunday.)
