5:30 am to 9:30 am - Breakfast at the POSTOAK Lodge
6 am to 8 am - Packet pickup at the POSTOAK Lodge
7 am - Early start for the 27.2m Marathon Ultra only, (official timed finish, but not eligible for awards)
8 am- Quarter, 13.6m Heavy Half, and 27.2m Marathon Ultra Triple Start in front of POSTOAK Lodge.
10:30 am to 3:00 pm - Runner's Lunch at the POSTOAK Lodge
4PM THE FINISH LINE CLOSES
5:00 pm to 8:00 pm - Packet Pickup at the POSTOAK Lodge
6:00 pm - Pasta Dinner in the POSTOAK Lodge Dining Room
7:00 pm - Race information and question time at the Pasta Dinner

7:00 am - 50K Ultra Early Start (official timed finish, but not eligible for awards)
8:00 am - 50K Ultra Start, 9 hour time limit for 50K
8:30 am - 25K Start
9:00 am - 10K Start
10:30 am to 3:00 pm - Runner's Lunch in the Dining Room

All Friday, Saturday, and Sunday finishers will be served food and drink in the POSTOAK Lodge Dining Room until 3:30 pm. (Note: no dinner buffet Sunday.)
